The garment in question is a dark grey shacket (shirt jacket), which blends the style of a shirt with the warmth and structure of a light jacket.

Key Features:
Color: Solid dark grey.

Material/Texture: It appears to be made of a heavyweight, wool-blend, or brushed/felted fabric (like a fleece or thick twill), giving it a substantial, warm, and slightly textured look typical of an overshirt or shacket.

Collar: Features a classic point collar.

Closure: It has a full-button front closure (the model is wearing it partially open). The buttons appear to be black or dark to match the fabric.

Pockets: Distinctive feature is the presence of two large flap pockets on the chest, adding a utilitarian and stylish element. The pockets have a straight flap design.

Fit/Style: The fit appears to be relaxed or slightly oversized, which is a popular contemporary style for shackets. It hangs straight and has a boxy silhouette.

Sleeves: The sleeves are long and end in buttoned cuffs. The model has the cuffs rolled up or folded back, which adds a casual, relaxed touch to the look.

Styling in the Image:
The dark grey shacket is styled as a casual outerwear piece over a plain white crew-neck t-shirt. It is paired with light-wash blue skinny or slim-fit jeans and black low-top sneakers with white detailing. A pair of dark aviator-style sunglasses completes the contemporary, casual look.
